　　王全博,男,1940年9月出生,山东省寿光市人,原济南军区空军副司令员,少将军衔,特级飞行员,大学学历,中共党员,中共第十四大代表,立过三等功。

　　1958年6月选招飞行员入伍。1966年至1968年参加过抗美援越战争。1984年至1985年参加中越边境自卫反击战后期空军轮战。2000年12月退休。
